Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery within the US typically takes 3–6 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Free shipping is included on every order within the US, no minimum required.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, return your Veloura within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Just reach out through our Contact page and we'll send you next steps.
Contact us with your order number and we'll email a return authorization and shipping instructions. Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
